1. Once you are in the Action Center, select the issue for which you want to take action and click its title. Otherwise, skip this step.

2. To learn more about an action, read the action issue description or follow the link to the in-depth page (if there is one).

3. To take an action, either scroll down the page to find the action form or click on a link that offers to quickly scrool down the page to the action form . We ask you to enter your street address so that:

• We can determine which decision makers to send your message to, based on where you live
• Decision makers can know that you are from their area
• We can notify local or regional members about issues of interest only to them.

4. When you're ready to send your message by email, click "Send Now" to send an email to your message recipients. If you choose to send your letters by mail, skip to step 5. If you've taken action before and included your street address when you did, you can just enter your email address and click "Go."

5. (Optional, and not always available), Select "Print" next to the message recipient's name, then scroll down and click "Send Now," then follow the on-screen instructions for printing your messages to mail.
